I’m Tanya Lalicker — a working mom of five daughters, navigating the chaos of balancing career and family life. I grew up in Montana, earned a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Boise State, and have spent over 15 years working for the Department of Defense.
Like many moms, I’ve felt the guilt and overwhelm of trying to do it all. That’s why I wrote Boss Mom Balance: A Real Guide for Moms Navigating Work & Family — to share practical advice and encouragement for moms juggling both worlds.
